Wild BC Smoked Salmon that's been cold smoked-over hardwood for over 5 hours and placed into the "retort" foil packaging & heat processed for 70 mins.  This provides the salmon to be shelf stable for 5 years unopened (1 week in fridge if opened) and locks in all juices and flavours.
